"Memories in the corner of my mind"

Here are the rules:
1. Add a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.It should be funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. I've done this on a couple of my friends blogs and it is fun to see every one's memories! Please, take the time to comment and write a memory of us!

Okay, okay, so I am going to have to "narrow down" the memories to only a few of my top five, becuase there are SO many. I think that some of my favorites were going to Las Vegas for the Pop Disaster Show Green Day/Blink 182, we went in dry and came out DRENCHED in sweat! Hanging out a Chris Bodily's house watching random movies. Going to Grantsville for homecoming and hanging out with Abby and that one kid... what was his name?? Josh?? Jason?? Brown haired kid... cant remember his name though. Do you remember all the trama with Jesse Riley?? Ha ha!! Oh how it makes me laugh NOW! Going hiking in Zion and getting our pictures under the Virgins sign. Oh good times!!

I have SO many fun memories with you! I know we ALWAYS talk about this one, but I will always remember when Bree thought we were taking a bath together! Some other favorite memories are our photo shoot with our new halloween underwear, having many boys over for sunday dinner, making Valyn mad, staying up way late watching movies after movies, and of course our many many sausage fests! I loved being your roommate! Thanks for the great memories!

Melissa,
A lot of my memories of you are the same as you put on my blog. But,my earliest memory of you dates back to the 1st Grade Circus. You in your little green outfit and big glasses balancing on the back seat of a tandom bike! I was so jealous of your grace and agility! Of course yearbook is in there, too. I mostly remember the yearbook camp when we saw Mrs. C's leg hanging out of the bed while she was sleeping, and it was so white we thought she was dead. The cruise was awesome, especially borrowing all your clothes! And the cute boys of course. All the dances. And we seem to always run into each other in random places, like the Trolley Square country dance and Midway Swiss Days?! But, thanks for always being a good friend!

Where to begin!? I had so much fun with you as a roommate! I learned so much from you guys! Our trip to Cali was probably one of the best memories! That was so much fun! Remember the concerts in Vegas! Those were awesome too.. driving home way to late at night! I remember that little light thing that you had that changed colors or something... I don't remember really what it looked like.. but it was cool! Lets see... there are so many memories! I just know that I always had a great time when I was around you! I'm glad they messed up my roomies and I ended up with you guys! Probably my best year at school! Love ya and miss ya!

Alright Mel-you little spit fire...I have two that I have to share with you....
1. I just remember how fragile you looked when you got so sick (at about 6 months or so). I remember holding your little body, sunken eyes, pale skin, not moving, not crying, just laying there. You were so sick. Mom and Dad were so worried. Of course you went to the hospital and everything was okay. But it was so hard to see you so little and so sick.

2. Now, let's just remember that I am the mean big sister. Yet, that fight long ago in the kitchen was one I will never forget. You were so little but there was no way you were going to let me man-handle you! I still remember the feeling of SHOCK when you pulled that nasty dish rag out of the kitchen sink full of dirty dishes and whacked me across the face with it! You little stinker! But I knew then and there you were going to be fun!

Thank for the memories! I could go on and on!

There are so many memories of my little sister, but a few have stuck out in my mind more vivid than any others. There was the fun trip down to Mesquite with James Frampton, where we gambled and laughed and I believe you tried to hold my hand in bed that night too. : ) S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y Night! And we can't forget 11:11. And the mornings that you sang to me to get me out of bed, when I was having a rough morning. And of course the Florida trip, with all its fun and good times, and all the bad (fainting, etc.) And earlier memories of running away and getting spanked. And the night we slept all night in that box that some appliance came in. Man, that was a rough night. And the time we made our own tapes of us talking saying who knows what. We've had a lot of good fun times, that I am getting carried away. You are always so much fun. I love you!

I will never forget the first time we met. We were in Lorens room and you came in and chatted with us on the bed. I loved you from the beginning! We found out that we had alot in common and talked about things like we had been friends for along time. I am so glad to have you as my sister! And who can forget that time in St George for sisters weekend when we ran across that crazy busy street to go get "gifts" for Loren and Ben. Good times!

I remember riding bikes in front of Grandma and Grandpa's house. I also remember all of the trips to the "candy store" with the little bit of change that we were able to get from Grandpa RB. We had some good times -- you were the big sister that I never had!
